Managing director and partner of the company. He graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava. From 2006 to 2008, he also completed a two-year study of AAT accounting in England completed level 4. Since 2006, he has been fully engaged in consulting and accounting. He speaks fluent English.

He studied business management at the University of Economics and the Faculty of Law in Bratislava. Since 2005, he has worked for several major tax consulting companies of international focus. It focuses on income tax,VAT, international taxation, tax optimisation, social and health regulations, labour and commercial law. He has been a tax advisor since January 2013. Speaks fluent German and English

As tax advisors and members of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors, we guarantee our clients the provision of services at a high professional level. TaxWise, based in Bratislava, was founded in May 2016. However, the beginnings of this company go much further, namely until 2007, when Bright Ideas was founded.

Bright Ideas was founded to start new companies, bookkeeping and consulting. To date, it has already established more than 6000 companies (mostly s.r.o.). Its main representative is Ján Svočák from the beginning.

In 2016, Ján Svočák was joined by business partner Pavol Grožaj and together they founded TaxWise, which separated accounting and advisory activities into TaxWise s.r.o. Since then, Bright Ideas has been heavily involved in the creation of new companies, and TaxWise is primarily dedicated to accounting, tax consulting and wage processing.


At the beginning of 2020, tax advisor Ľuboš Čandik joined the company, significantly strengthening the professional level provided by TaxWise.

TaxWise has been continuously and steadily growing since its inception. Even in challenging times, we constantly strive to develop and improve quality, expand the offer of our services and follow the direction of automation. Crisis situations mean not a threat to us, but an opportunity to distinguish ourselves from others.

Vision of the future

In 5-10 years' time, accounting as we know it today will not exist. Most manual operations are replaced by automation. Specialized accounting and analysis teams will be linked to the business much more than they do today.

Analysis of processed data in real time and in the hands of (mobile phones) owners and managers will be an absolute necessity. Without it, a modern entrepreneur can not do and will not succeed.

That's why, as a company, we decided to look to the future through modern technologies, which we try to implement in internal processes and communication with the client. We have also decided to invest in new technologies and are developing our own accounting and invoicing tool based on the use of artificial intelligence.
